Nikita Kucherov has recently proven himself in the National Hockey League as one of the top professional hockey players of the twenty-first century. Although Nikita was drafted into the National Hockey League as the 58th overall draft pick back in 2011, it has not been until the past five or so years that he has really made a name for himself. Ice Hockey Career
Nikita Kucherov's professional hockey career officially began back in 2011 when he was selected as the fifty-eighth overall pick in the National Hockey League's draft. Nikita has continued playing predominately for the Tampa Bay Lighting for the entirety of his professional ice hockey career in the National Hockey League to this day. Although Nikita has had an extremely successful career with the Tampa Bay Lightning, their only Stanley Cup victory was back in 2004, and therefore he has not been successful in competing to win the greatest title in the industry.

Right before he officially began his professional career as a national hockey player for the Tampa Bay Lightning team, Nikita was awarded the U18 First Team All-Star award back in 2011. A few years later, and much more recently Kucherov was invited to participate on the NHL-All Star team the past three seasons in a row in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and in addition has been named to the First All-Star team in both 2018 and 2019.
After an extremely successful season in 2019 Nikita won three of the most prestigious professional hockey awards including the Art Ross Trophy, the Ted Lindsay Award and the Hart Memorial Trophy.
