What is substitution in kickball?
A substitution in kickball is when a fielder or kicker is replaced with another player from the team sideline. All kickball leagues have a different rule for substitutions, but most allow for any player to be removed from the game. The pitcher and catcher can only be substituted once per inning and baserunners can substituted twice per game. The kicking order must stay the same unless a player is injured and can no longer play.
