The Los Angeles Clippers were formed in Buffalo, NY in 1970 and were known as the Braves. In 1978, the Braves moved to San Diego, CA and became known as the Clippers. Finally, in 1984 the Clippers moved to their current home in Los Angeles. Notable players to have played for the Clippers include Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and Deandre Jordan.
