This iconic 65 acre archery range has been around since 1968 and is one of the best competitive ranges in all of Northern California. This range hosts the annual Western Classic Trail Shoot and the NFAA Marked 3-D National Championship. Archers from across the country come to play at this incredible range. The Western Classic Trail Shoot is the world’s largest 3-D course competition. The course is always filled with professionals looking to earn some titles and wins in the archery world. 3. Usery Mountain Regional Park Range

Location: Mesa, Arizona

This beautiful regional park is found right outside of Phoenix, Arizona. It is well known for their breathtaking landscapes and scenic hiking trails through the Arizona rolling hills. The park also has a fantastic archery range! This park welcomes archers of all ages to try out their 3-D courses. They hold a variety of classes and camps for introductory archers at the park through the support of associations like Papago Archery and Paseo Vista Archery Club. The park holds many events that attract people from all over the state! One of the best parts of this range is their Thursday Night 3-D shoot. During this event, there are around five 3-D targets on the course and individuals are allowed a total of four shots at each target varying from different shooting stakes. The 3-D objects are meant to be realistic. Therefore, the park uses fake elks, deer, llamas, boars and other animals as targets. Usery forbids the use of broadhead arrows on the 3-D course in fear of damage to these targets. The range recommends bringing binoculars and plenty of arrows.
